Draft, pending legal review
Privacy policy
This policy will explain how Aljdwa handles personal data in TaqeemTech, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
This document is a working draft. Legal counsel has not approved it yet, so it is not final. The approved text will replace it before launch.
1What we collect
Account details (name, work email, job title, interface language); company details (legal names, CR and VAT numbers, national address, contacts); the data you enter into valuations; billing records; and sign-in and security records such as sessions, devices, and the time of each sign-in.
2Why we use it
To provide the service, keep accounts secure, issue invoices, send the notifications you need (sign-in links, approvals, renewal reminders), and meet legal duties.
3Where data is hosted
All client data is hosted inside Saudi Arabia. Sign-in emails and session records follow the same rules; where the email provider processes data is still to be confirmed.
4Who is responsible
Valuations can include personal data, such as founder and shareholder details. The split of responsibilities between Aljdwa and each client for that data will be defined in the terms of service.
6How long we keep data
While a subscription is expired, data stays available for viewing and export for up to 90 days. After an account is closed, data is kept only as long as the law requires and then permanently deleted. The retention period is still to be confirmed with legal counsel.
7Security
There are no passwords to steal: you sign in with single-use links sent to your email. Sessions expire after inactivity, and you can see and end your sessions at any time.
8Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to legal retention duties. Email info@aljdwa.com.
