Draft, pending legal review
Terms of service
These terms will govern the use of TaqeemTech, the company valuation platform operated by Aljdwa. They apply to the company that subscribes and to every person it invites.
This document is a working draft. Legal counsel has not approved it yet, so it is not final. The approved text will replace it before launch.
1The service
TaqeemTech gives a company a shared workspace to prepare, review, approve, and issue valuation reports in Arabic and English. It provides the calculation tools and the report format. Users are unlimited; the company pays for evaluation licenses.
2Ownership of the valuation opinion
The valuation opinion belongs to the client firm that issues the report and to its approving valuer. TaqeemTech is the tool; it does not give an opinion on any valuation.
3Subscription, licenses, and renewal
A subscription runs for 12 months for the whole company. One license is the right to issue one evaluation, and it is used only when the final report is issued. Unused licenses roll over while the subscription is renewed. Renewal is manual and is never charged automatically; at renewal the company buys at least the minimum renewal quantity. If an account is closed, remaining licenses are forfeited without refund.
4Prices, invoices, and payment
Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude 15% VAT, which is added to every invoice. The price on an order is fixed when the order is created. Payment is by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) or bank transfer; bank transfers are due 30 days from the invoice date. Billing errors are corrected with credit notes.
5Acceptable use
Do not issue reports for entities you have no engagement with, misrepresent a report or its status, share sign-in links, or try to access another company’s data. Aljdwa may suspend an account for a recorded compliance reason.
6Confidentiality
Client data is never shared without the client’s consent. Any access by Aljdwa staff is limited and recorded.
7Use of reports
Reports must be used for their stated purpose. Some official uses require the signature of a valuer who holds a professional valuer license.
8Limitation of liability
Aljdwa’s liability will be capped. The cap is still to be confirmed with legal counsel.
9Changes to these terms
We will tell Company Admins before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the updated terms.
